I find Alaster’s knowledge of plants so beneficial when devising planting schemes. Florent, Operations Director, is such a skilled plantsman and his eye for planting and attention to detail is second to none. From initial consultation through to the final stone being laid, Alaster and his team are a pleasure to work with.

He has been in gardening for 22 years and from day one knew he had found a job he loved!

Before Lee joined Alaster Anderson he had gained 15 years of head landscaper experience. Lee assists Florent to ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and to a high standard. Always on site, Lee makes gardens from the ground up. That’s bringing in soil, plants, and trees, building up all the levels, installing the irrigation, and piecing everything together.

Valeria Tauro
Horticulturalist and Gardener

Valeria’s interest in gardening stretches back to her home farm in Italy, where she grew up working the land with her dad. Characterised by olive trees and a beautiful vineyard producing olive oil and wine. Valeria works alongside Joe ensuring our client’s gardens are maintained to the highest of standards and looking their very best all year round.
